Welcome to a journey of healing and health! I’m Anne a dedicated and compassionate holistic bodyworker and student RMT committed to helping you achieve optimal wellness and balance in mind, body, and spirit. I am currently a student who is enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program in Vancouver. I am in my last year of the program and have learned the majority of advanced techniques of therapeutic massage. My mission is to facilitate healing by addressing the root causes of discomfort, stress, and tension. I believe in the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Through my sessions, I aim to create a sacred space where you can unwind, release, and tap into your body’s innate ability to heal. Whether you seek relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment of deep relaxation, each session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. My techniques include Myofascial release to release the fascial adhesions and tension, Swedish massage techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation, neuromuscular techniques to reduce tension and soreness in muscles, assisted stretching to rehabilitate muscles and enhance performance, and mindful relaxation to experience deep conscious relaxation. With each client, I will perform a thorough assessment, evaluate each physical condition, identify potential issues, and create a personalized treatment and homecare plan.

To live fully as if we will die tomorrow, and to learn as if you will live forever. This has always been my life motto which led to my chosen profession as a clinical manual therapist. After being attacked by a disease called Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, the life-threatening experience guided me to the realm of fitness and health. I immediately headed over heels for recreational tennis, strength training, and various martial arts while I was tumbling into a career as a fitness trainer for three years. With the discovery of the Functional Movement System and the science of Myofascial Meridians, I found another learning curve as a Registered Massage Therapist because of my client’s cases in various musculoskeletal injuries, postural issues, post-surgeries, etc. As an RMT student, I enjoyed volunteering in the HIV community, senior homes, and women’s hospitals, and for cross-fit, cycling, and dragon boat events. As a licensed RMT, I loved to explore different communities, ethics, and cultures by working in various clinics across cities, and major hotel spas in Vancouver. Each body depicts a different moment of dysfunction and a request for functioning. The more cases I encounter the more challenges and puzzles intrigue me, therefore I found Osteopathy, natural medicine, and science with the objective of restoring mobility to each system in dysfunction/restriction in the human organism. Osteopaths do not treat the disease but the person who has the disease. I am currently a student at Vancouver Osteopathy School while studying human Kinetics at Langara College with the aim of further assisting my patients with their rehabilitation to optimize their functional goals. Prior to putting my footsteps into the realm of fitness and health, I was an independent media artist specializing in film/video production. So, I would like to spend my senior years producing educated videos for both students and professionals on natural medicine and the importance of movement!
